BEK04 NF is a fast curing, one component PFOS/PFOA free special nano coating product.
It can cure at room temperature or in a heated state, BEK04NF solvent is more environmentally friendly than traditional solvents, and reacts on different substrates through strong chemical bonds, due to its unique polymer composition, low stress on components, can provide good protection for PCBS in the consumer electronics market.
Good adhesion to printed circuit boards, glass, metal, modified plastics, resins and ceramics.
Improve the ability of acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance of electronic products. Post-treatment coatings are contact-safe and non-flammable.
Easy to apply - quick drying without UV or heat curing after application. The function of the PCB is not affected.
Coated electronic products will have the following special properties: dust, dirt, oil and water resistance, wear resistance, high weather resistance, high acid, alkali and organic solvent resistance.
