Bonding environment

Bonding requirement

2. Excellent aging resistance and weather resistance, PV products are exposed to the air for a long time and suffer from natural weather“ Care ” The life requirements of Southern Sunshine for PV products are as long as 20 to 30 years, which also has higher requirements for the performance of our sealant.
3. Excellent UV resistance, as PV products “ Umbrella ” The frame assembly is exposed to sunlight for a long time, and the UV resistance of the sealant is strictly required.
4. Excellent rigidity, due to the exposure of the frame components to the outside world, easy to be affected by external factors such as hail in natural weather, the rigidity of the sealant also has high requirements.

Usage method
1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of the sticky or coated material, and remove rust, dust and oil.
2. Giving Glue: Unscrew (or cut) the cap of the hose, squeeze the glue liquid to the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and close the adhesive surface.
3. Solid Melting: The glued or sealed part is placed in the air to allow it to cure naturally. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the inside, within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity) the glue will cure the depth of 2 ~ 4mm, if the sizing position is deep, especially not easy to access to the air, the full curing time will be extended, if the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. The 6mm thick sealant takes more than 7 days to fully cure.
